Pole Fitness Workshop
Never taken a pole class or just curious about what “The Pole” is all about. Tired of your usual workout routine? This workshop will show you how to take the “work” out of working out. Pole dancing is a fun way of toning your body and gaining strength as well as confidence. In our workshops you will learn a series of key foundational movements that will prepare you for your pole journey. Movements including floor work, walking, spinning and climbing techniques. Pole dancing is a great way to get fit and feel good about your body. This workshop will inspire and motivate women of all sizes, shapes and age. No dancing experience required. Bring water and wear comfrotable workout clothes for a memorable day.
We offer The Diva, The Goddess, and the all new Medusa Workshops. We also offer workshops for Booty Pop, Sexy Floor Work, Burlesque and Lap Dance. Check out each and every one for a whole new experience each and every time. (Space is limited and pre-registration is required.)
Beginner Pole Intro Classes and Series
Our Beginner Pole Intro Series is the perfect place to start your pole journey. The Beginner Series is a 4 -week mini sereis where you will learn fundamentals, techniques and safety aspects of pole fitness. Along the way you will learn fun spins and great floor work all the while conditioning your body for the next level of pole.
